New Chicken Recipe

Still not as good as Nana's Chicken Dish but easy and very yummy:

Ingredients:Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 per package of boursin)1 package Boursin cheese (with garlic and chives, otherwise the herb one is fine too and add snipped chives (to your liking))pepper (to taste)bacon -- partially cooked so that it is crispy when it comes out of oven. knorr roasted chicken gravy

1.) Preheat Oven to 375
2.) pound out chicken breasts
3.) mix boursin, pepper (and chives) in bowl, then scoop into center of each chicken breast, roll up and place seem side down in baking dish, wrap with partially cooked bacon
4.) Cook for approx 35 - 40 minutes

To make gravy: Drain the grease from the bacon pan but keep the grit in the pan. Then add the Knorr roasted chicken gravy package (it says to mix with 1 1/4 cups water (I think), but I use 1/2 cup white wine and the rest water). Mix it all over med heat in the bacon pan, scraping bottom of pan to get up bacon bits. Then add the melted cheese from the chicken pan (after it's done baking). Stir it all together and then serve over the chicken.
