Tis the season to sign up for pre-school next fall because by February, all the good spots are gone! I did a lot of research last year and I had found one close by, rated as one of the very best, and affordable that I've been keeping in mind. Jared and I took Eva (and Jack) to check it out last week. We thought it was great and got one of the only two spots available so apparently they liked us too.
Eva goes to a mommy and me pre-school once a week now. She really likes it there and certainly doesn't cling to me at all while we're there but I was concerned when it came time for real school she would cry when I dropped her off. I guess I don't have to worry. Ev a was playing with the kids in the pre-school room while Jared and I were talking to the lady who runs it about registering her in another room. When we were ready to go, Jared opened the pre-school room and said, "Eva, it's time to go!" Eva shot him an annoyed glance and said flatly "No" right before she shut the door in his face. I suppose that means she's ready... I'll be the one crying.
