Turkey Feathers

Yesterday I traced Eva's hand on a piece of paper and helped her draw a turkey head on it. I then gave her 5 feathers I had cut out to glue on the turkey. There have been major advances in glue sticks since I was a kid. Now they go on purple but dry clear so the kids can actually see where the glue is while they're working! Eva has just recently become good at gluing. Anyway, she told me 5 feathers were not enough for this turkey and kept making me cut more and more. I don't know if you can tell from this picture but there must be 50 feathers on here.

I had her show this to Jared when he got home from work and then she made Jared cut out even more feathers. I looked over at Eva's work table and Jared was sitting there gluing feathers while Eva supervised. I asked him why he was the one doing the gluing and he gave Eva submissive look and answered "I just do what I'm told." Hilarious.
