She informed me today that she was going to fly to school but that I could follow just by walking. These wings were once a part of a Tinkerbell costume of mine. Since I love to dress up for sorority parties, Halloween, any excuse really, I saved a bunch of things over the years that I've now given to Eva. As Jared pointed out, the last time I wore these wings was on Halloween 2004 at a cheesy bar in Georgetown called The Guards. I loved it there when I was younger because they were easy on IDs and I still loved it when I was older because they play glam rock music from the 80s. Apparently, I was inadvertently slapping people in the face with my wings while I was dancing... but at least I was having fun!
