Eva wanted to help peal shrimp last night for dinner. I was reluctant because of course it's raw meat and I have an issue with being too overprotective sometimes but I handed her a shrimp and explained what to do. My Dad's Louisiana roots must run deep because she did a great job and must have pealed about 10!
