I am very anti-video game... I was not allowed to ever have a Nintendo (I did have an Atari though) and so I figured if I lived without one, so can my kids. They can go play outside like I had to do. However, it has recently come to my attention that video games are not as they once were but are now very interactive. My own mother told me in passing the other day she injured her foot playing Wii at a friend's house. Really? Mom's even doing it? So I did some research and had decided we should probably jump on the bandwagon as well. On Saturday it was rainy and Jared was watching the Masters so I got bored and announced I was taking the kids to Target and I thought I should bring home a Wii. Jared was shocked and very happy about this idea. We have been having a blast with it ever since and Jared and I both have tennis elbow!
Eva also loves the Wii too. Her favorite sport is boxing. She has beaten Jared and tied me. Seriously, we didn't let her win. Her second favorite is golf and she eagled her very first hole, Dad did come back though after that. Here are some action shots of Eva and her Dad after church on Sunday because nothing says celebrating the resurrection of our Savior like trying to beat up your two year-old in virtual reality boxing...
