It was as wonderful as last year and, also, remarkably the same. We went to the early service, Clyde's for brunch with the Easter Bunny, played in the fountain and then the egg hunt at home. Eva got the purple Barbie fairy she wanted and Jack got the Spiderman ball he wanted as well. They also got dinosaur and butterfly tattoos and, of course, a chocolate bunny each. The Easter Bunny knows not to bring too much candy to my house :) Our friend had an egg decorating party earlier in the week and both kids had 20 eggs for the Easter Bunny to hide! All in all it was great to think back to last year's Easter and realize that not only do we still have all the blessings from last year, we even have new, amazing ones now. I feel beyond fortunate.
