Well, since we didn't sell it last year, we have put it back on FSBO and slashed the price. Hopefully, we will be in a great house with a big yard before too long... or maybe we'll just live in our townhouse forever :) I'm hoping for the yard though... If you know of anyone searching, our house really is awesome and the price is quite low for the neighborhood!

You need to move to Denver. Do you know what kind of home you could get here. Our home is "small" at just under 2000 sq feet NOT including the basement which is another 800ish square feet. We ahve a decent sized yard and have live right by the school and the neighborhood swimming pool. Yeah, our house would go for just over 200,000 right now. Denver is GREAT!
