Halloween Cookies

So Eva and I made Halloween cookies. Sugar cookies because neither Jared nor I like sugar cookies. The one she's eating is supposed to be a bat but they expanded too much after we put the cut-outs in the oven. I didn't realize I was out of eggs so I used olive oil instead and I bet that had something to do with it. I also thought I had white frosting but it turned out to be yellow which didn't really work as well seasonally. The orange sugar sprinkles are the only thing right and those were sent by Aunt Mary so I can't even take credit. The good news is Eva didn't notice or care about any of these things and was proud to cook (or in this case bake) as usual when she's allowed to help.
